A few days ago I splurged and upgraded my WordPress wepage by paying for a personal subscription, which allowed me to claim a domain name. Why is this so important? It’s important because of marketing and advertisement. Now, I can easily direct people to my webpage with a very easy web address. Streamlining the pathway to your personal website is a must if you want people to view your content. I see this as a positive step forward towards my goal of becoming a filmmaker.
In related news, I was able to place an order for new business cards because I now have a new and improved website. Having business cards is essential when networking and meeting other filmmakers. You never know who you’re going to meet and what opportunity may be waiting just for you.
Goals are super difficult to achieve if you never ever try. Keep marching forward, fellow filmmakers!
